Their heart told them to continue producing that cheese that had given them so many good times. Thus, they decided to take over the company to perpetuate the pleasure they had eating this cheese and share it to others. Over the time, they managed to differentiate the company from its competitors with the production of soft cheese with pure sheep’s milk.
