Pariani is a family business created in 2010. Originally, the company was producing oil and flour from the globally renowned “Nocciole Piemonte I.G.P.” hazelnuts trough an innovative cold pressing process. However, the company didn’t stop there and became specialist of premium ingredients and products such as Italian selected nuts, oils, grains, flours and pastes from a variety of walnut, pine nut, almond and pistachio to satisfy the most demanding palates. Over the years, the list has been expanded with candied fruits and vegetables, natural essences and a few finished products like spreads and pralines.
