In 1790 the Brazzale family started to produce and trade butter between Asiago and the Po’ Valley. In 1920 the Company builds the first industrial butter plant in Italy. In 1945 Brazzale Giovanni begins the production of grana cheese, typical hard cheese in the Veneto plain. Brazzale family takes part into the foundation of the Grana Padano cheese protection Consortium in 1954. The brand is nowadays renowned in almost all European and non-European countries.
